Sands of Salzaar is an open-world strategy-action RPG set across a sprawling desert. Build up and manage your forces from a single unit to a mighty army, then lead them into massive battles against your foes. How you progress is up to you: customize your hero with a wide variety of skills and talents, choose which factions to side with, and plan your strategies carefully to establish yourself as whoever you aspire to be - a lone wolf, a wealthy trader, a city lord, or a war schemer.

The game is very addictive and very fun. I only have two problem with It. First, It is very difficult to know how to play the game, the game doesn't tell you most of the stuff you are left alone to figure them out. I think the game would benefit from a tutorial explaining the basics mechanics of the game. Second, the game has performance issues. Something's not always when I'm taking over a city, at the end of the battle the game randomly decides to crashes, this can be very annoying.

v1.0.20 - Thank you to the devs reaching out. No more crashes after every menu, you can minimize the game without it restarting every time, you can login to services. It's an okay PC port, but I hope it improves since it'd be a great game for phones. Slow pace, a lot of exploration and learning. Most will dislike this game but one of the better games in it's genre. Aesthetics are... 🤷♂️ meh. Devs: UI/UX is rough. Small fonts, tiny interface, impossible to read quest tracker and names, etc.

I enjoy playing this game. It's a great strategy RPG. Also, in my opinion the devs are working to improve this game and get rid of the bugs on the mobile version. Therefore I believe this game deserves 5 stars which I why I'm giving it 5 stars. Some of you other raters could do to be a little less harsh and more understanding. Also, re-rating once the problems that you complained about are fixed is common practice.
